Our company has commercialized an ion generator using the principle of a mica deionizer. However, while customers are interested in negative ions, they lack knowledge and experience on how to use them, which has hindered progress in their consideration. Therefore, we conducted performance evaluations by incorporating the technology into actual units, investigated suitable installation methods, and made proposals to customers. Additionally, we established a method for antimicrobial testing in collaboration with public research institutes and universities to obtain catalog data that customers can use to appeal to consumers. We aim to gather knowledge widely, both internally and externally, to propose "things" and develop products that satisfy our customers. This is the direction we aspire to move towards in the future.
